  • Successfully represented financial institution in SIGTARP investigation regarding potential wrongdoing by prior management
  • Successfully represented four former bank directors in a highly publicized nine-figure FDIC-R lawsuit in the Northern District of Illinois, leveraging years of strategic litigation into a favorable settlement of less than 8% of the FDIC’s alleged damages and no out-of-pocket payment by the former directors
  • Successfully represented eight former bank directors in a highly publicized nine-figure FDIC-R lawsuit in the Northern District of Illinois, leveraging years of strategic litigation into a favorable settlement of less than 5% of the FDIC’s alleged damages
  • Successfully represented nine former bank directors and officers in an FDIC-R investigation with a related criminal investigation that settled for less than 6% of the FDIC’s eight-figure demand
  • Successfully represented three former directors and officers in an FDIC-R investigation that settled for less than 15% of the FDIC’s seven-figure demand with no out-of-pocket payment by the former directors and officers
