Ethan E. Rii Expands Vedder Price Health Care Regulatory Capabilities
Vedder Price is pleased to announce that Ethan E. Rii has joined the firm’s Chicago office as Shareholder in the Health Care & Health Care Finance group.
Mr. Rii focuses his practice on health care transactions and regulatory matters surrounding mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and joint ventures for hospitals, health systems, multispecialty and large physician practices, specialty and ancillary care providers, managed care organizations, private equity firms and financial institutions investing in the health care space.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Rii was Partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman. He earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys.
