Ms. Stokes advises financiers and lessors on cross-border aviation finance transactions involving commercial aircraft, engines and high-value mobile assets. As part of the Global Transportation Finance team, she represents clients in aircraft financings, operating and finance leases, and sale and purchase transactions, protecting asset value, managing enforcement risk and delivering certainty in complex, multi-jurisdictional deals.

Ms. Stokes has acted on operating leases to major international airlines, portfolio and single-asset aircraft sales, and secured lease financings. Her experience includes guiding lessors through distressed and default scenarios, supporting enforcement strategies, and helping clients achieve commercial outcomes while preserving contractual and security positions
