Mr. McDonough focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in trade secrets litigation and restrictive covenant claims, technology disputes, unfair competition disputes, real estate litigation, products liability and tort litigation insurance bad faith and ERISA litigation.

Mr. McDonough has experience in all phases of civil discovery, pre-trial, trial and post-trial litigation and has defended a number of complex litigation matters in California and before the California Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. McDonough was recognized by Best Lawyers in the Commercial Litigation category for 2023. Mr. McDonough currently serves on the firm's Pro Bono Committee.
