Elliot G. Cole

Associate

Elliot G. Cole is an Associate in the Chicago office of Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group.

He focuses his practice on representing management in collective bargaining negotiations and defending ADA, FMLA and Title VII cases. He also counsels clients and administers trainings on a range of subjects, including grievance arbitrations, employee discipline and corrective action plans, accommodations for employees with disabilities, and performance evaluations.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Cole was awarded the Presidential Management Fellowship, through which he worked for the U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and completed a rotation at the U.S. Office of Special Counsel. Mr. Cole then served as labor counsel for the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

While in law school, Mr. Cole served as a legal intern at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and as a law clerk for the Texas Civil Rights Project in Austin, Texas
