Elise H. Rippe is the Manager of Legal Recruiting at Vedder Price. She is responsible for the recruitment of lateral attorneys for the Firm’s New York, Washington, DC, London, Singapore and Miami offices. 

With more than 20 years of legal recruiting experience, Ms. Rippe implements the Firm’s global strategic growth initiatives through the recruitment of lateral shareholder and associate lawyers. Additionally, Ms. Rippe oversees the East Coast recruitment for the Summer Associate Program and 1L Diversity & Inclusion Scholarship Program.
