Edward K Gross, a Shareholder in Vedder Price’s Washington, DC office and member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team, along with GTF Associate Erich P. Dylus, recently co-authored an article for the Equipment Leasing & Finance Magazine’s “Leasing Law” section, discussing recent highlights in syndications and capital markets.

Mr. Gross and Mr. Dylus cover the developments and topics considered by the newly established ELFA Capital Markets Legal Subcommittee, formed to track issues relating to syndications and capital markets transactions. They outline one of the few 2017 reported syndication-related cases, different fiscal agency matters, risk allocations and protections and other important information equipment financing providers and investors need to know in regards to the Subcommittee’s duties.
