Edward K. Gross, a Shareholder in Vedder Price’s Washington, DC office and a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team, will serve as a moderator at the National Business Aviation Association’s Business Aircraft Finance, Registration & Legal Conference on March 5–7 in Bonita Springs, Florida. The three-day conference seeks to explore the opportunities and challenges this 2017 year brings and will discuss current industry topics, from “non-bank” lenders playing a larger role in business aircraft financing, to global aircraft emissions standards and evolving tax issues.

Mr. Gross’s session, “Aircraft Financing Trends at the Banks,” will address where large global financial institutions and smaller regionally focused banks fit in the aircraft lending landscape and will highlight strategies for involving a lender in the aircraft transaction process.
