Douglas J. Lipke, Vedder Price Shareholder and Co-Chair of the firm’s Insolvency, Bankruptcy & Corporate Reorganization group, was ranked in The Deal’s 2015 Q2 Bankruptcy League Tables. Mr. Lipke increased his ranking from tenth to ninth this quarter, with 40 cases and average liabilities of $18.7 billion. Vedder Price also moved up in the rankings to second overall, with 48 open cases and $21.5 billion in average liabilities.
The Deal's Bankruptcy League Tables are the industry's only league tables focused solely on active U.S. bankruptcy cases. The rankings involve cases of debtors with liabilities of $10 million or more, with the rankings based on the aggregation of those liability values.
