Douglas J. Lipke, Shareholder and Co-Chair of the firm’s Insolvency, Bankruptcy & Corporate Reorganization group was ranked in The Deal’s 2016 Q3 Bankruptcy League Tables. Mr. Lipke was ranked 14th. Vedder Price was again ranked third overall.

The Deal’s Bankruptcy League Tables are the industry’s only league tables focused solely on active U.S. bankruptcy cases. The rankings involve cases of debtors with liabilities of $10 million or more, with the rankings based on the aggregation of those liability values.
