Vedder Price

In 2023, Vedder Price launched the 2L Diversity & Inclusion Scholarship Program as part of our commitment to advance diversity and inclusion within our firm and the legal profession.

This scholarship provides a monetary award of $50,000 (less any applicable withholdings and taxes) and a position in our Summer Associate Program. Each selected scholar will receive $25,000 (less any applicable withholdings and taxes) upon joining the firm as a 2L summer associate at the start of the upcoming Summer Associate Program, and the additional $25,000 (less any applicable withholdings and taxes) will be paid after joining the firm as a full-time associate.

Scholars will join the upcoming Summer Associate Program, working within a designated practice area.

To be eligible, you must be a rising second-year law student who is a person of color, LGBTQ+, a person with a disability or a person whose background or experience would contribute to the diversity of Vedder Price and the legal profession. While students from all law schools are welcome to apply, we ask that applicants have a geographic tie to the office to which they are applying.
