New Shareholder Brings Extensive M&A and Financing Experience to Firm
Vedder Price is pleased to announce that Denise M. Tormey has joined the firm's New York office as a Shareholder in the Finance & Transactions group.
Ms. Tormey has extensive experience in financing and strategic transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, asset-based and capital call financings, and debt and equity securities offerings. She regularly represents private equity funds, founders and portfolio companies on buy-side and sell-side transactions. Her client base spans a range of industries, including online retail, travel, cable television, cosmetics, data privacy and technology.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Ms. Tormey was a partner at Dentons and previously served as managing partner of the firm's New York office. She earned her J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Boston College.
