Denise Tormey Strengthens Vedder Price's Corporate Practice in New York
New Shareholder Brings Extensive M&A and Financing Experience to Firm
Vedder Price is pleased to announce that Denise M. Tormey has joined the firm's New York office as a Shareholder in the Finance & Transactions group.
Ms. Tormey has extensive experience in financing and strategic transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, asset-based and capital call financings, and debt and equity securities offerings. She regularly represents private equity funds, founders and portfolio companies on buy-side and sell-side transactions. Her client base spans a range of industries, including online retail, travel, cable television, cosmetics, data privacy and technology.
