Deborah L. Lu, Ph.D., a Shareholder in the New York office and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property group, was quoted in a recent Life Sciences Law & Industry Report discussing the legacy of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, who died on February 13. Dr. Lu, a member of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association and New York State Bar, comments specifically on Scalia’s opinions on patents and the imprint he made on life sciences law.
