Vedder Price Shareholder and Chair of the Global Transportation Finance group Dean Gerber, will speak on a panel on “Aircraft Finance: Buy, Lease or Borrow?” at the Annual Conference of the ABA Forum on Air and Space Law at 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. CDT. The session will discuss an airline’s financing options, such as whether to pay cash, to borrow money or to lease equipment, when acquiring an aircraft. The panel will explore the questions and issues faced by an airline as it seeks to expand its fleet in the most cost-effective manner.
