David M. Hernandez, Vedder Price Shareholder and member of the firm's Global Transportation Finance team will present at the National Business Aviation Association's Tax, Regulatory & Risk Management conference in Las Vegas on October 20-21. Mr. Hernandez is a member of the NBAA Tax Committee Planning Committee and he frequently advises clients on all aspects of business aviation transaction and regulatory matters.
Mr. Hernandez’s session, "Part 91 Cost Sharing," will address what the options are under FARs for an executive to pay for flights on a company aircraft, when FETs must be charged on FAR 91.501 flights and how to avoid traps for the unwary in reimbursing flights costs.
