David M. Hernandez, a Shareholder and member of Vedder Price's Global Transportation Finance team in the firm's Washington, DC, office, will participate at this year's European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition's (EBACE) International Aircraft Transactions Seminar in Geneva, Switzerland on May 18. The one-day seminar attracts aircraft financiers, lawyers, brokers and other advisors in business aircraft transactions to examine current trends, challenges and opportunities affecting today's business aviation industry. Mr. Hernandez will co-present on the aircraft transaction process, specifically highlighting the review steps involved in the import/export process. Mr. Hernandez is also a member of the National Business Aviation Association Tax Committee and he frequently advises client on all aspects of business aircraft acquisition/sale and operation.
