Mr. Barlin is an experienced aviation attorney with a particular focus on commercial aircraft financing, operating and finance leasing, and the sale and purchase of aircraft. He advises lenders, operating lessors and other aircraft investors on a wide range of cross-border and domestic aircraft transactions, including mortgage financings, securitizations, structured debt financings, aviation-related M&A transactions, export credit agency-supported financing transactions, revolving credit warehouse financings and numerous other aviation sale and leasing transactions.
Mr. Barlin rejoined Vedder Price in 2022 after many years of holding in-house leadership roles at large aviation companies.
