A seasoned litigator, Ms. Brown has represented clients in connection with a variety of complex matters involving commercial contracts, financial services, securities, and restrictive covenants in employment agreements.  She has appeared in both state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings and is experienced in handling all phases of litigation.

Ms. Brown is consistently entrusted with counseling clients across a wide variety of industries in assessing litigation exposure, implementing litigation avoidance strategies and developing case strategy.  She advocates effectively and manages all aspects of litigation in furtherance of the client’s specific needs and overall business strategy.

Ms. Brown also serves on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and as a mentor to junior attorneys.  She has partnered with The Door’s Legal Services Center, helping young people gain immigration status, and with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, counseling content creators involved in copyright disputes.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Ms. Brown was an associate at a New York-based, nationally recognized law firm, where she gained experience in a wide variety of complex cases, including class actions, bankruptcy proceedings, and regulatory and internal investigations.

While attending the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Ms. Brown also earned a Certificate in Management from The Wharton School.  She was elected to Phi Beta Kappa at Lehigh University.
