Courtney M. Brown is an Associate in Vedder Price’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Litigation group.

A seasoned litigator, Ms. Brown has counseled clients in a variety of complex matters, including securities litigation, class actions, commercial contract disputes, bankruptcy matters and regulatory investigations.

Ms. Brown is also actively involved in pro bono matters. She has represented at-risk children who lack U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status in applying for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status visas, including during a pro bono fellowship at The Door’s Legal Services Center.

Ms. Brown received her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and earned a Certificate in Management from The Wharton School. She received her undergraduate degree from Lehigh University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
