Ms. Davenport’s experience includes working as a legal executive for an Irish law firm where she was responsible for the preparation of aircraft leasing documents, with an emphasis on sale and leaseback transactions, security documents, tax filings and International Registry filings. She also has experience with Irish company secretarial procedures and company incorporations. 

While interning at another Irish firm, she researched VAT implications for Irish companies post-Brexit. 

Ms. Davenport received her law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from University College Cork in Ireland. During her time at law school, she served as an intern at Saint Louis University School of Law Civil Litigation Clinic where she became one of the youngest people to argue a case before the Missouri Court of Appeals. 

Ms. Davenport is fluent in Irish, and proficient in French.
