Christopher R. Ramos

Associate

Christopher R. Ramos is an Associate in the Litigation group at Vedder Price and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Mr. Ramos advises and represents companies and individuals in complex litigation in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. He has experience trying cases to both judges and juries, as well as briefing and arguing appeals.

Mr. Ramos’s practice encompasses a wide array of business disputes, including commercial litigation, securities litigation, and litigation involving corporate governance and control disputes and breach of fiduciary duty. He also has experience in intellectual property disputes and suits involving restrictive covenants. In addition, he focuses on defense of class actions, mass actions, and regulatory and enforcement actions.

While in law school, Mr. Ramos was an editor for the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, captain of the National Moot Court Team, and a scholar in the Saks Institute for Mental Health Law, Policy and Ethics. He also served as an extern to the Honorable Philip S. Gutierrez of the United States District Court, Central District of California.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Ramos was an associate in the Litigation department of an Am Law 100 firm. He is fluent in Spanish.
