Mr. Pellegrini focuses his practice on representing financial institutions in a wide range of secured and unsecured credit facilities. In addition, he has led financing transactions above $1,000,000,000 on behalf of national and international financial institutions, private equity funds and corporations. 

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Pellegrini served as assistant general counsel at a national commercial bank. In addition, Mr. Pellegrini has represented both lenders and borrowers in all aspects of syndicated finance transactions, negotiated collateral documents for all classes of property, including IP and real property for domestic and foreign corporations, and managed junior associates, paraprofessionals, and other staff in all aspects of closing transactions and representing clients.

Mr. Pellegrini received his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his undergraduate degree cum laude from Lake Forest College.
