Ms. Margaris focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, corporate governance and compliance and other general corporate law matters. She supports clients through all phases of the deal process, helping them structure transactions, assess legal and commercial risks, and advance strategic objectives in competitive markets. She also advises buyer- and seller-side clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border corporate acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Margaris spent several years working on compliance and regulatory matters for a large regional bank. While attending law school, she served as a production editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.
