Ms. Brown advises national and multinational companies in a broad range of labor and employment matters including wage and hour disputes, discrimination, retaliation, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, workplace policies and compliance with federal, state and local labor and employment laws and regulations. Additionally, she actively engages in negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and other workplace negotiations with unions, and other labor relations matters.

Ms. Brown also has experience representing clients before federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), New York State Division of Human Rights and Florida Commission on Human Relations.

Early in her legal career, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Embry J. Kidd of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
