Our Summer Associate Program is our most valuable source of new associates, and we work hard to help make it an experience that translates into your future success as an associate here.
As a summer associate, you can expect to be integrated quickly into our operations—through substantive work assignments, observation opportunities and training sessions tailored to our practice areas. We pay careful attention to your progress. Through our Summer Associate Advisor Program, you will work with an assigned advisor who provides practical advice and guidance related to practicing law and dealing with general, work-related issues. During your tenure as a summer associate, there will be two formal review sessions, one at the mid-point of the program and the other at the completion of the program, incorporating written attorney feedback regarding each completed project. Our social events calendar includes a variety of activities, ranging from office-wide events to small-group outings planned by associates, ensuring there are plenty of opportunities to get you out of the office and enjoying your summer.
