Mr. Ohrn focuses his practice on transactions involving commercial and business aircraft, aviation regulatory compliance, asset securitizations and general equipment finance. Mr. Ohrn’s transportation equipment experience includes railcar leases, railcar portfolio sales and financings of railcars. He counsels clients from the aviation and rail industries, as well as operating lessors, borrowers and commercial lenders, private and public companies, finance companies and private equity firms.

Mr. Ohrn also provides strategic advice to clients on a wide variety of matters, including corporate transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, financings and more. Mr. Ohrn strives to be a strategic thought partner to provide individually tailored advice to clients.

Mr. Ohrn earned his law degree from The University of Akron School of Law, summa cum laude, where he was included on the dean’s list every semester, served as editor of the Akron Law Review, served as President of the Business Law Society and was a student representative on the University of Akron Hearing Board. He received his B.B.A. from The University of Akron, summa cum laude.
