Vedder Price is pleased to announce that Bruce A. Rosenblum has joined the firm’s Investment Services practice today as a Shareholder in the firm’s Washington, DC office.

Mr. Rosenblum focuses his practice on representing investment companies and their independent directors, as well as investment advisors. His legal counsel extends to a wide variety of legal, business and operational issues that include matters such as fund governance; fund structures, fees, mergers and service providers; fair valuation and fund accounting matters; compliance procedures; and regulatory inquiry assessment and response.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Rosenblum was a Partner at K&L Gates LLP in Washington, DC. His experience also includes eight years at the SEC as counsel to two SEC Commissioners, one of whom was Mary L. Schapiro, who subsequently became Chairman, and as a senior lawyer in the Division of Enforcement.

Mr. Rosenblum earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, his M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina Moore School of Business and his B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
