Environmental Shareholder Brett D. Heinrich, a Shareholder in the Chicago office and member of the firm’s Environmental practice group, will speak at the American Foundry Society (AFS) Regional Conference on February 16 in Milwaukee.
Mr. Heinrich will present alongside Cristopher Proctor, owner of Free Flow Technologies, in a session entitled, “What the Foundry Community Can Expect from the Biden EPA and How to Best Prepare for the New EPA.” They will cover various topics that stem from President Biden’s new directives for the USEPA including climate change, environmental justice and increased enforcement as well as strategies that foundries can utilize to best prepare and protect their company.
