Mr. Catalano focuses his practice on advising clients in domestic and cross-border debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and corporate governance matters.  In addition, he counsels emerging companies on licensing transactions, employee hiring, advisory board appointments, commercial agreement drafting and corporate governance matters, including securities filings, equity grant issuances and director and stockholder approvals.

Mr. Catalano received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and his undergraduate degree from Boston College. While in law school, Mr. Catalano was the Articles Editor of the Hofstra Law Review.
