Mr. Hemmer focuses his practice on representing public and private companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a variety of complex financial transactions, including equity offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Mr. Hemmer has experience counseling clients regarding corporate governance matters, joint ventures, fund formation, business formation, bankruptcy and restructuring.

Mr. Hemmer received his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his undergraduate degree from SUNY Cortland. While in law school he was a Note and Comment Editor for the Ohio State Business Law Journal where his article titled “Cost Sharing Agreements at Arms-Length” was published.
