Bobby Termechi

Associate

Bobby Termechi is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment group.

Mr. Termechi focuses his practice on representing employers in both class action and single plaintiff lawsuits related to labor and employment matters before state and federal courts. He represents clients against various claims, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour law and PAGA violations.

In addition to litigating on their behalf, Mr. Termechi also assists employers with compliance advice regarding the latest state and federal employment laws, and drafts employment policies and contracts to minimize their risk of liability.

Mr. Termechi is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where he served as Chief Managing Editor of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review. During law school, Mr. Termechi served as a law clerk at the California Attorney General’s Office.
