Amy Bess and Laura Sack, Vedder Price Shareholders and members of the firm's Labor and Employment group, are speaking at PLI's annual Employment Law Institute at the PLI New York Center on October 21-22. Ms. Bess is Co-Chair of the program and Ms. Sack is presenting on "The Virtual Workplace," in which she will discuss the pros and cons of telecommuting, at-home safety concerns and ADA accommodations, FLSA issues, protecting confidentiality, eligibility factors and unfairness/discrimination and multijurisdictional legal issues, in addition to policy and practice and various other considerations for the virtual office.
