Benjamin A. Hartsock joined Vedder Price as an Associate in the Labor & Employment practice area and the Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits practice group.

Mr. Hartsock represents employers in a variety of employee benefits, labor and employment matters. He has experience working with pension, health and welfare plans and assisting in ERISA litigation. Mr. Hartsock also has experience in advising employers regarding compliance in a variety of human resource matters and assisting in employment and labor litigation at the administrative, state and federal levels.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Hartsock interned at a professional employer organization where he assisted with benefits designation and registration compliance. He also interned with a large corporation’s in-house counsel, whom he assisted with various human resource issues. Mr. Hartsock is fluent in Spanish and spent time as an extern in Madrid, Spain with Landwell-PricewaterhouseCoopers.
