Benavon Lee is an Associate in Vedder Price’s Singapore office and a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team.
Ms. Lee focuses her practice on advising clients on a variety of cross-border finance transactions and advising financiers and lessors on a variety of sales, including syndicated loans secured by assets, sale and leaseback transactions, lessor portfolio financings, aircraft acquisitions and lease structuring work.
Ms. Lee has assisted clients with insolvency and rehabilitation advisory work for numerous lessors in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ms. Lee is fluent in Mandarin and conversational German.
