Anna Zielinski is an Associate in the Chicago office of Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits practice group.
Ms. Zielinski represents public and private employers in a variety of executive compensation and employee benefits matters. She counsels buyers, sellers and management teams with respect to compensation and benefit issues that arise during mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Zielinski represents corporations and financial institutions in structuring and implementing compensation packages, including equity-based incentive arrangements and related regulatory and disclosure requirements. She structures and negotiates employment, retirement and separation agreements on behalf of both employers and individual executives. Ms. Zielinski has also advised clients on compliance with the Affordable Care Act, and on global tax reporting requirements arising from equity payments to internationally mobile employees.
While attending law school, Ms. Zielinski was the Symposium Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review, a weekly volunteer at a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance site, president of the Women’s Law Student Association, and a member of the Pro Bono Society. She also served as a judicial intern for Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and worked as a student legal intern for the Family Law Project at the Frank J. Remington Center.
