Anna Zielinski is an Associate in the Chicago office of Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits practice group.
Ms. Zielinski represents employers in a variety of employee benefits, labor and employment matters. She also has experience advising clients on employee benefit plans in compliance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and Internal Revenue Code and working through employee benefit issues that arise during mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Zielinski has also advised clients on compliance with the Affordable Care Act, and on global tax reporting requirements arising from equity payments to internationally mobile employees.
While attending law school, Ms. Zielinski was the Symposium Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review, a weekly volunteer at a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance site, president of the Women’s Law Student Association, and a member of the Pro Bono Society. She also served as a judicial intern for Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and worked as a student legal intern for the Family Law Project at the Frank J. Remington Center.
