Andrew J. Sylora is an Associate in Vedder Price’s Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Health Care & Life Sciences practice group.

Mr. Sylora focuses his practice on advising clients in the life sciences and health care industries on a wide range of transactional, regulatory and compliance matters. He has experience guiding clients on issues regarding state and federal regulatory compliance, operational licensing, marketing issues and responses to government inspections and audits. He also has experience assisting specialty pharmacies, hospital systems, physicians, health care professional associations and venture capital groups with a variety of corporate and regulatory matters. 

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Sylora served as an in-house attorney for an academic medical center, where he focused on negotiating and executing clinical research-related contracts. 

Mr. Sylora received his law degree from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was Managing Editor of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal and President of the Asian-Pacific American Law Students Association. He also holds a masters of business administration degree from the Loyola University Chicago Quinlan School of Business and an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
