Andrew D. Ceppos is an Associate at Vedder Price and is a member of the Global Transportation Finance team in the firm’s New York office.

Mr. Ceppos has advised financiers in a wide range of aircraft, maritime and corporate finance transactions. He has experience representing financial institutions in cross-border mortgage financings, capital markets offerings, export credit agency guaranteed loans and direct lending, unsecured revolving credit facilities, standby letter of credit facilities, Japanese Operating Leases and French Leverage Leases, back-leveraged operating lease transactions, corporate restructurings and equity sales as well as fleet and portfolio financings. He has also advised clients on matters of banking regulation and compliance.

Mr. Ceppos has furthered his undergraduate study of the Chinese language and economy by obtaining experience in closing aircraft financings with borrowers based in the People’s Republic of China.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Ceppos was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Colleen McMahon, U.S. District Court, S.D.N.Y. In law school, Mr. Ceppos was the online editor of the Brooklyn Law Review, presented a moot court argument on corporate law before members of the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court and was recognized by his school with awards for excellence in the study of commercial law and international economic law.

Mr. Ceppos is proficient in Spanish and Mandarin.
