Andrea C. Halverson is an Associate in the Chicago office of Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Litigation practice area. She focuses her practice on white collar criminal matters, securities enforcement and regulatory cases, and corporate governance and internal investigations.

Ms. Halverson represents directors and officers of publicly traded companies in investigations and defends clients during testimony before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Additionally, Ms. Halverson has represented numerous individuals as both defendants and witnesses in federal criminal investigations and trials. She has experience representing clients in antitrust investigations regarding bid rigging and anticompetitive communications involving both foreign and domestic corporations. Ms. Halverson has also represented clients in health care fraud investigations, involving off-label marketing and kickback schemes, and is experienced conducting internal investigations.

While attending law school, Ms. Halverson was a student attorney in the Juvenile Justice Clinic and a member of and contributing author to the American Criminal Law Review.
