Labor and Employment Shareholder Amy L. Bess was recently quoted in Law360’s “Labor and Employment Agencies: Midyear Report.” The article focuses on the first half of the Trump administration’s nominations and policies in regards to the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations Board.

Ms. Bess shared that there is still much to be unsure about as far as the nominations and changes in policies go for the Trump administration. “I think a lot remains to be seen how this administration is going to handle a lot of the very progressive developments that occurred during the Obama administration, so we are still waiting to see what all is going to change.”
