Amy L. Bess and Lyle S. Zuckerman, Vedder Price Shareholders and members of the firm's Labor and Employment group, spoke at PLI's annual Employment Law Institute at the PLI New York Center on October 22-23. In addition to co-chairing this program, Ms. Bess spoke on the topic, "Litigating and Defending Age Discrimination and Retaliation Claims." Mr. Zuckerman spoke on the topic, "Social Media and Privacy in the Workplace."
