Allison B. Hudson

Allison B. Hudson is an Associate in the Chicago office of Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy group.

Ms. Hudson concentrates her practice in bankruptcy and insolvency matters and has represented debtors, chapter 7 trustees, liquidation trustees, trade creditors and court-appointed receivers. She has represented and advised clients in a wide variety of bankruptcy matters, and has experience litigating contested matters in federal court.

While in law school, Ms. Hudson was a managing editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. She was also a judicial intern for the judges of the 19th Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois. Ms. Hudson is active with the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.
