Allison B. Hudson is an Associate in the Chicago office of Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy group.

Ms. Hudson concentrates her practice in bankruptcy and insolvency matters and has represented debtors, chapter 7 trustees, liquidation trustees, trade creditors and court-appointed receivers. She has represented and advised clients in a wide variety of bankruptcy matters, and has experience litigating contested matters in federal court.

Ms. Hudson was recognized in the 2021 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, which included her on the “Ones to Watch” list in the fields of Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Reorganization Law and Bankruptcy Litigation.

While in law school, Ms. Hudson was a managing editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. She was also a judicial intern for the judges of the 19th Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois. Ms. Hudson is active with the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.
