He previously worked as a Judicial Extern for the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Mr. Lybik also has over four years of experience as a financial analyst, where he focused on real estate and healthcare sectors.

He received his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2023, where he was an online editor and articles submissions editor for the Minnesota Law Review, a board member at the Jewish Law Student Association and a research fellow for the Twin Cities Human Rights Council. Mr. Lybik graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2016 with a B.S. in Economics.
