He advises businesses on day-to-day corporate legal issues and a wide variety of business matters, including commercial agreements, financings, and corporate structuring. Adam has broad experience advising small and large businesses throughout all stages of the business life cycle, as well as private individuals in business transactions, and his clients span various industries including entertainment and media, education, technology, and consumer products.

Adam received his law degree from UCLA School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Florida State University. While in law school, Adam was a member of UCLA’s Transactional LawMeet team.
