Gerber, led a group of peers in authoring the updated version of the Practitioners' Guide to The Cape Town Contention and The Aircraft Protocol. The Guide was produced by the Aviation Working Group's Legal Advisory panel and is the third in a series of guides addressing the practical issues arising in connection with the Cape Town Convention.
Practitioner's Guide to the Cape Town Convention and the Aircraft Protocol (originally published in 2011, and subsequently updated in 2012 and 2015) is attached below with the permission of the Aviation Working Group.
