Vedder Price Intellectual Property Shareholders to Present at “Fundamentals of Patent Prosecution 2013” Boot Camp
Four members of Vedder Price’s Intellectual Property group will participate in the Practising Law Institute (PLI) “Fundamentals of Patent Prosecution 2013” boot camp events in Chicago, May 14–16, 2013, and New York, June 12–14, 2013.
Vedder Price Shareholder Angelo J. Bufalino will serve as co-chair of the Chicago event.
“Fundamentals of Patent Prosecution 2013” is a three-day workshop geared toward patent attorneys, litigation attorneys and patent agents. The boot camp covers the basics of claim drafting, patent application preparation and prosecution and amendment writing, with a focus on changes under the America Invents Act as they relate to PTO prosecution practice and PTO ethical rules.
