Mr. Petrides represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment-related litigation and traditional labor law proceedings. Mr. Petrides regularly counsels a broad spectrum of clients on issues such as terminations, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour compliance, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, employment policies, trade secrets and union avoidance.

Mr. Petrides actively represents clients in the defense of wage and hour class actions under California law in both state and federal courts, including CAFA removal, as well as PAGA representative actions and FLSA collective actions, on issues including overtime, minimum wage, meal periods, rest breaks, wage statements, working off the clock and PAGA penalties.

He has extensive litigation experience at all procedural levels, including successful trials and appeals, on issues covering virtually every area of employment law. He also has managed numerous administrative proceedings before various state and federal agencies, as well as arbitrations before private tribunals.

His traditional labor experience includes the representation of management on negotiations, arbitrations and union-organizing campaigns, as well as proceedings before the NLRB, including bargaining unit determinations, election objections and unfair labor practice charges.

Mr. Petrides represents clients from a wide variety of industries and trades, including banking and financial services, manufacturing, construction, transportation, hospitality, health care, high tech, retail and service industries.
