Sarah Branch is an Associate in Vedder Price’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of the firm’s Securities & Capital Markets group.
Ms. Branch advises both public and private companies on a range of capital markets transactions, including registered public offerings, private placements, and offerings under Rule 144A and Regulation S.
Ms. Branch also has experience advising clients on SEC disclosure requirements as well as ongoing disclosure obligations under NYSE and NASDAQ.
Ms. Branch graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a legal writing fellow and a student editor of the ABA-sponsored journal The Tax Lawyer.
