Beth Rosenblatt is an Associate in Vedder Price’s Miami office and a member of the firm’s Real Estate group.
Ms. Rosenblatt focuses her practice on representing investors, developers and lenders in commercial real estate finance, acquisitions, disposals, development and leasing. In addition, Ms. Rosenblatt’s experience includes various asset types, including hotels, retail, multi-family, mixed-use and high-end single-family residences.
Prior to practicing real estate, Ms. Rosenblatt was a litigator for two years and worked on complex commercial litigation cases. She defended clients in class action suits in California, Florida and Illinois.
Ms. Rosenblatt received her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, magna cum laude and her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, with distinction.
