Rory M. Koenig is an Associate in Vedder Price’s Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Finance & Transactions group.
Mr. Koenig advises clients on a broad spectrum of corporate matters, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, complex corporate and financing transactions, private and public company dealings, corporate governance, and general corporate counseling.
Mr. Koenig received his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
