Rachel T. Copenhaver to Speak at PLI’s Internal Investigations 2023
Rachel T. Copenhaver, a Shareholder and member of the firm’s Government Investigations and White Collar Defense group, will be a featured speaker at PLI’s Internal Investigations 2023 conference, offered both in-person and virtually this year, on Wednesday, June 21.
Ms. Copenhaver will speak on the panel “Commencing the Internal Investigation: Considerations at the Outset.” She will join her peers to discuss and guide attendees on how to deal with whistleblower allegations, how to identify labor and employment issues and how to best craft an appropriate document preservation notice.
The seminar will feature expert faculty who will review the fundamentals of conducting an effective and efficient investigation using real-world hypothetical scenarios with animated videos.
