Mr. Reese has substantial experience advising public and private clients in M&A, venture capital and private equity investments, public filings under federal securities laws and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, NYSE and NASDAQ requirements and other corporate governance matters.

Previously, Mr. Reese served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of CODA Holdings, Inc., a manufacturer of electric vehicles and energy storage systems. During his tenure at CODA, he had primary responsibility for financing, acquisitions, international transactions and joint ventures.

Mr. Reese's experience driving M&A activity, joint ventures and capital markets, with years of experience on both the in-house and large law firm side of transactions, provides him with a unique perspective on deal making and financing for clients.

The Legal 500 United States guide recommended Mr. Reese in the M&A/Corporate and Commercial – M&A – Middle-Market (Sub-$500M) category in 2015 and 2019.
